RETURN POLICY:
Generally, unless obliged by the Australian Consumer Law, we do not offer returns for 'change of mind'.

Refunds are accepted if:
> There is significant damage to the product either during the production of the product or during shipping, OR there is a misprint or discrepancy on the product itself.
What to do: On delivery day, if there is any suspected damage to the product, take photos and email them to

for an immediate refund and/or exchange.
Note: Refunds in this manner must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery to be considered. Anything past 48 hours will imply a completed, no-fault product and void refund attempts.

ACCC Compliance: We fulfil all obligations required under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Outside of these legally mandated requirements, all sales are final.
